The event will have an open beer and wine bar, buffet catering, late night snacks, and yard games. Those with allergies will have a way to access nutrition information at the venue.
When does the Wedding ceremony start?
The ceremony starts at 4pm and ends at 10pm on May 24th, 2025

How do I get a hotel room?
Under the tab "LODGING" you will see a list of hotels, these are blocked rooms, most of them you'll need to call and say it is for the "Moir-Gonzalez wedding" to get the fixed rate.
Will there be a shuttle?
Yes there is a bus that will be showing up to the hotels listed under "lodging".
Shuttle Schedule (this is an approximate time for pick up)
Tru Hotel: 3:10pm to 3:25pm
Comfort Inn: 3:35pm to 3:45pm
Fairfield Inn: 3:50pm to 4:00pm
All Guest arriving at WCH by 4:15pm
For those taking their own vehicles, where do we park?
There is on site parking, there will be signage outside the entrance of the parking area. If you are heading north on King street from Concord, you will drive past the carter house and it will be your next left.

Can I bring a plus one that was not invited?
As much as we would love to have everyone attend, we are unfortunately very limited on seating and food. We kindly ask that people who did not have a plus one on their invite to not invite a surprise guest. Thank you!
What is the dress code?
Semi-formal/cocktail/formal attire. Comfortable shoes encouraged to dance the night away!
Is the ceremony indoor or outdoor?
The wedding ceremony will be held outside, rain or shine. The reception will be indoors.
