Q + A

WHAT DATES CAN WE BOOK OUR STAY?

Most of the wedding party and close family will be booking for November 2nd -12th! You are welcome to make this a vacation of your own as well. So please feel free to come whenever. If you just want to come for the wedding festivities, we recommend coming down November 7th-10th!

CAN WE BRING OUR KIDS?

Although we love your children, we are asking for you to make this an adult only vacation! We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

WHAT CAN WE EXPECT FOR HOTEL PRICING?

If you book through the hotel in our block you can expect $489 per night per couple for a junior suite. If you choose to update your room, prices may vary. This DOES include your all inclusive! You also have access to the amenities (pools, restaurants, beaches) of the sister properties that are a quick shuttle ride away.

HOW DO WE GET FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE HOTEL?

We recommend using Cabo Travel Solutions or Impala Cabo (you can find more information in the Travel tab).

IS THE ALL INCLUSIVE WORTH IT?

YES! We have been coming to the resort for years and have nothing but good things to say about the food and drinks. Please do account for tipping as that is not included.

CAN I BOOK WITH A TRAVEL AGENT OR AT A DIFFERENT RESORT IN CABO?

We ask that you stay at the resort so you can partake in all wedding related activities with ease. The resort is a “closed” site. Those who stay elsewhere will only have access to the resort 30 minutes before the wedding and have to leave 30 minutes after it ends. If you book with a travel agent, you wont be in our room block and receive the discounted rate for our guest. If you book at a different resort in Cabo, let us know as we will need to make special arrangements for the ceremony. Please book through the link on the TRAVEL tab or call the hotel and ask for the Lanehart24 room block. Please contact us if you have any questions!

DO I NEED A PASSPORT?

Since this is an international wedding, everyone traveling to Mexico will need a passport valid at least 6 months past your travel dates. This means your passport must be valid until at least April 2025. Passport cars are not valid for international air travel. If you have a passport, be sure to double check the expirations date. If you do not already have a passport, it is a good idea to apply early to be sure you receive it in time for your trip. Passports usually take 2-3 months to process. We suggest applying a minimum of 6 months in advance as a precaution.

WHEN IS THE DEADLINE TO RSVP?

The deadline to RSVP is August 6th. This is also when the room block closes.
