There will be a block of rooms at the Hilton in Michigan City 3674 N Frontage Road, but requires a minimum of a 2 night stay to use the block. When booking online, type in the code HJW and it will bring up our rates. You are more than welcome to book on your own if you only want to stay 1 night. This is where Jordan and Kaden will be staying. There are also many Airbnb's in the area. Deadline to book with the code is August 26th

There are two barns onsite, we will be in the smaller one called the Poplar Barn. Another wedding will be in the bigger barn the same night so there will be a lot of people. There will be a parking lot for each barn and someone will be there to direct you on where to go.

Yes absolutely children are allowed! We do ask that if children are to attend our wedding that they will behave and you are to keep an eye on them throughout the night.

Unfortunately, due to very limited space we are only able to accommodate the guests that are included on your invitation. If you did receive a plus one, it will be listed on your invite. The ceremony will begin at 5:30pm so we will ask guests to arrive before or at 5pm. The ceremony will be held outside on a patio and it will be shady so bring a warm jacket if needed.

Yes absolutely! We do ask that you are mindful of our photographers as they have been hired to capture the moments. We would also appreciate your phones being silenced for the ceremony.

After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures around the nearby area for about an hour. All guests can head back in the barn for cocktail hour. Also, (for women mainly) if you plan to take your shoes off to dance, bring a spare set of shoes so there's no worries about slipping or dirty feet.

No, unfortunately there can not be any outside alcohol beverages brought on the venue site or in the parking lot. There will be alcohol provided at the bar inside the barn.

Yes, smoking is allowed but we do kindly ask that if you are to smoke that you are away from the barn and that the buds will be thrown away in the garbage.

If we do not receive an RSVP from you by August 24th, as stated on the invites themselves, please plan to bring a chair and a sandwich. Us not getting a response in time means you are will not be coming and will be marked as you declined the invite.
