Our Wedding

We met during the end of our Freshman year through friends at Ole Miss. We spent the night around Oxford completing some of the items on the Freshman bucket list. Jordan got nervous to sneak onto the field, so we sat outside of the Pavillion and talked. When we got back to school, we started to see each other more and Ryan went to one of Jordan's date parties. We have been together ever since! During school, we spent a lot of our time together in the Grove, at date parties, or on the Square. Once Ryan finished his Masters, he moved to Houston, TX and Jordan moved to Jackson, MS. We spent two years doing long distance while Jordan finished up pharmacy school. During her last year of school, Ryan proposed while Jordan was back home in Pittsburgh over Christmas! Once Jordan finished school, we moved to St. Louis and have been enjoying all of the fun things St. Louis has to offer!!

Located within 30 minutes of our reception venue and hotel blocks, we encourage all guests looking to fly to fly into the Pittsburgh airport! Ubers, taxis, and rental cars are available to transport from the airport to the hotel.

Travel

Enjoy one of the most iconic ways to see the Pittsburgh skyline! Featured in various shows such as Mister Rogers' Neighborhood, the incline is definitely a Pittsburgh staple.

Monongahela or Duquesne Incline

A National Historic Landmark right where the Allegheny and Monongahela Rivers form the Ohio River, the Point is a fun area to view the city. Enjoy views of Acrisure Sadium (Heinz Field), PNC Park, and Mt. Washington! You can also view the outline of Fort Pitt from the French and Indian war, as well as visit the Fort Pitt Museum!

Point State Park

With excellent restaurants, boutiques, and street vendors, the Strip District is a fun area to explore - especially in May! The Strip District Terminal is full of different restaurants and things to do. We highly recommend stopping by Mullaney's Harp and Fiddle for a drink or shepard's pie, the original Primanti Bro's for an iconic Pittsburgh sandwich featured on Diners Drive-Ins and Dives, or Pamela's Diner for excellent breakfast!!

Strip District

Located right by the reception venue, the Gateway Clipper takes you along the Pittsburgh rivers for another, unique, way to view the city!

The North Shore is where Acrisure Stadium (Heinz Field) and PNC Park are located downtown! You can also stop by many bars, or visit Three Rivers Casino!

Downtown Pittsburgh has many museums that are fun to visit! If looking to visit a museum, we recommend: - The Andy Warhol Museum- Carnegie Museum of Art- Senator John Heinz History Center- The Frick Pittsburgh

It wouldn't be a wedding weekend without finding a good bar to enjoy, catch up with friends, and meet new people!
