Q + A

What's for dinner?

We've selected Luberto's Italian Restaurant in Pipersville--a Kolb family favorite dining spot--as our wedding caterer. A buffet style dinner will be offered, including salad, bread, tortellini, vegetables, potatoes, a chicken dish, and a meat dish. (With Italian desserts to follow!)

Will you serve alcohol?

Beer and wine will be served from the start of cocktail hour until 8pm. (Due to zoning regulations, Historic Stonebrook is not permitted to allow liquor on the premises or to serve any alcohol after 8pm.)

Where should I park?

Plenty of parking is available at the church. The best way to access the sanctuary is to park in the main lot near the carport entrance (in view of the pavilion, on the right when facing the church from the road). The sanctuary is above ground level and requires stairs or elevator. To access the elevator, park and enter by the left side carport when facing the church from the road. When you arrive at Historic Stonebrook, follow signs for parking on the gravel lot towards the back of the property. The sidewalk will take you to the main entrance of the venue, where you can enter through the large glass doors.

Are the events indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony will be inside the church sanctuary. Cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing will occur in Stonebrook's indoor, air-conditioned venue space. However, Historic Stonebrook also has beautiful outdoor grounds that you are invited to enjoy, weather permitting.

Can I leave my car at the venue overnight?

Yes; guests may leave cars in the parking lot overnight. Vehicles must be picked up by 11am on Sunday.
