The ceremony will begin punctually at 4:30 p.m. so please arrive no later than 4:15 p.m. to grab a drink and find your seat.

Parking is available, but please note you will be driving across grass to the gravel parking pad. Alternate options include shuttle service (see other Q&A) and Taxi service (okotokstaxi.ca) is available in our small town.

Welcome to Alberta in late May! Let's pray for beautiful weather; however, please come prepared for temperatures of 16 degrees celsius and lower temperatures as the sun goes down.

If you would like to leverage the shuttle service, please ensure you mark this option when you RSVP. Shuttle service will run to and from the two hotels with room blocks: Pick up times at 3 PM at the Marriott in South Calgary (Seton) and 3:30 PM at the Best Western in Okotoks. The shuttle will then return through Okotoks, then Calgary at 10:30 PM and 1:30 AM from North Folk Farm.

We love your children; however, we respectfully request our wedding be an adult event. We appreciate your understanding and hope this notice is enough time for you to make arrangements to take the time to come and celebrate this special day with us.

If your guest is named on the invite when you RSVP, then yes! Otherwise, we plan to keep our wedding as an intimate event with close friends and family.
