If you do not RSVP by February 1, 2025, you will be marked as "not attending." We would love to celebrate with you but we must provide our vendors with an exact guest count and cannot accept late RSVPs - there will be no seating, food or drink accommodations for you.

The ceremony will begin punctually at 4:30 p.m. so please arrive no later than 4:15 p.m. to grab a drink and find your seat.

We love your children; however, we respectfully request our wedding be an adult event. We appreciate your understanding and hope this notice is enough time for you to make arrangements to take the time to come and celebrate this special day with us.

If your guest is named on the invite when you RSVP, then yes! Otherwise, we plan to keep our wedding as an intimate event with close friends and family.

Welcome to Alberta in late May! Let's pray for beautiful weather; however, please come prepared for temperatures of 16 degrees celsius and lower temperatures as the sun goes down.

Parking will be available but please note it's in a farm field, plan accordingly. Taxi service (okotokstaxi.ca) is available in our small town or please jump on the shuttle.

If you would like to leverage the shuttle service, please ensure you mark this option when you RSVP. Shuttle service will run to and from the two hotels with room blocks: Best Western in Okotoks and Marriott in South Calgary. More details to come.
