Hello everyone,

We are thrilled to welcome you to our wedding website. Our love story is as unique as it gets - it's the tale of two people who share not just a deep affection, but also the same name. Jorden Mayer, a crazy free-spirited girl from Lynden, and Jordan Machan, a charming and funny boy from Hamilton, found themselves intertwined in a beautiful journey that began when they met at a youth group in 2017, thanks to mutual friends. What makes our story truly one-of-a-kind is the coincidence of sharing almost identical names. What started as a blossoming friendship quickly evolved into something deeper, and we've been inseparable ever since. Our shared name became a source of laughter, inside jokes, and ultimately, a symbol of the unique love we share. Over the years, we've grown to become each other's confidants, support systems, and, most importantly, best friends.

During the COVID lockdown we moved into the Mayer residence in Lynden, where we embarked on a new chapter of our lives together. Later on, we made a significant leap in our relationship by moving to Brantford where we found a lovely place to call home. Our family grew even more when we welcomed our beloved dog, Sonny, into our lives all the way from Turkey.

Life has been an incredible journey filled with love and countless blessings. On our sixth anniversary, Jordan took Jorden to a special place - Dundas Sydenham lookout, where we used to spend countless nights chatting away. At sunset, Jordan finally popped the question, and amidst overwhelming happiness and relief, Jorden said YES!

And now, as we stand on the brink of a new adventure, we couldn't be happier to have you all join us. Thank you for being a part of our journey, and we can't wait to celebrate our love and commitment with all of you.
