What should I wear? Is there a dress code?
Semi-formal/cocktail - Ladies should wear dresses, and the gentlemen should wear a suit and tie or a sports coat. Feel free to have fun with it. The grounds are primarily deep gravel and grass so keep that in mind when choosing footwear.
What will the weather be like this time of year?
At that time of year the high can be in the low 70s with the low being in the high 30s. Make sure to bring layers. There will be some gas heaters, fire pits, and limited blankets around for your use throughout the night, but feel free to bring whatever makes you comfortable.
Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?
Both are at the Cabins on Strawberry Hill
Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
Outdoors
What happens after the ceremony?
After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head straight to the cocktail hour where we will be serving finger foods and beverages.
What should I do if I can’t make it?
You will be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.
What time should I arrive?
We will start to seat guests at 3:30pm with the Ceremony starting at 4pm. We recommend that you arrive 15-30 minutes before the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!
Are kids welcome?
Yes, kids are welcome at the wedding and there is even a small play structure for them to use in view of the reception area. If you choose to bring your little ones please make sure you are keeping an eye on them as there will be fire pits and many moving parts.
Can I bring a date?
Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.
Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?
Please check out our Travel tab for hotel info. We currently do not have a hotel block, but if that changes we will update the Travel tab accordingly.
When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?
