Our Wedding

Our story began in 2015 with what was supposed to be a simple prank text… but somehow, the joke ended up being on us. One message led to another, and before we knew it, we were on our first date.That first date was a movie night with his family as we were 16 years old. We showed up thinking everything was normal… until we found out we had tickets for the wrong day and got kicked out of our seats. So we did what anyone would do and went to dinner instead. That’s when I realized his family was just as crazy as mine. From there, we became high school sweethearts and never looked back.Over the years, we’ve grown up side by side. Through college (even long distance), the start of our careers, a pandemic, and all the changes that come with it. From big milestones to the smallest everyday moments, we’ve built a relationship full of love, laughter, and memories we’ll always cherish.After nearly a decade together, the next chapter began with a trip to Traverse City. We spent the day playing putt-putt, going wine tasting, and enjoying a nice dinner, while I was patiently… and then not-so-patiently… waiting for him to propose.By the time we went for a sunset hike along the shores of Lake Michigan, I had pretty much convinced myself it wasn't happening that day. Of course, that’s when he chose the perfect moment to get down on one knee and completely surprise me.We are so excited to celebrate with all of you and can’t wait to start our forever together.

• A shuttle will be provided for our guests• Pickup location: Comfort Inn &amp; Suites• The shuttle schedule will be shared once finalized and will align with our wedding timeline• There is no overnight parking at the venue• If you do not plan to drive your car after the wedding, you must park at the hotel• Guests are encouraged to park at the hotel before the wedding and take the shuttle to and from the venuePlease plan accordingly.
