What is the easiest way to get to and from your wedding venue(s)?
It is easiest to drive to the church, 15 minutes from the hotel then 15 minutes back to the reception. Hotel is a 5 minute walk from reception and hotel has a shuttle for guests
Do I have to pay for Parking anywhere?
Parking is free at the church. The reception has two pay parking lots within one block of the Syndicate, however parking is limited please plan accordingly
What is the dress code?
Semiformal/Cocktail Attire
Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?
All events are indoors
Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?
We have reserved a block of rooms at Aloft Newport on the Levee and can add more rooms as we get RSVPs until May 1, 2025
Am I allowed to bring a plus one?
Any plus ones will be specified on the invitation.
Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?
Caterer has many options, please specify any dietary restrictions on your RSVP. Vegetarian and gluten-free items will be clearly labeled.
Will there be an open bar?
Yes, there will be an open bar!
What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?
Please arrive at the church 15 minutes before the 6:00pm ceremony: around 5:45pm.
What time will your wedding reception end? Is there an after-party?
Reception ends at 12 am. The gangsters dueling piano bar is in the building connected to the reception hall and is open until 2am and bride and groom will make a short appearance.
Can I RSVP online or do I have to mail in an RSVP card?
