Yes, there will be a Beer and Wine Bar Car set up 1 hour prior to the dinner being served and throughout the reception afterwards. This is also a BYOB friendly event if there is a drink you would like to bring.

Yes, there will be a parking coordinator to assist on where guests can park in the grass. Please look for the Reese wedding sign on a white pallet.

Yes, children are allowed if they can quietly sit through a 30 min ceremony. Also, there will be no provided childcare during the ceremony or reception. Please make arrangements as necessary.

The Ceremony will begin at 5:30pm October 12th, 2024. The Bar Car will be set up right after the Ceremony concludes. Please arrive with enough time to park and find a seat. (Between 4:30-5:00pm)

We want all our guests to fill comfortable during our celebration! The wedding party will be in deep fall colors if you would like to match the 'vibe.' However, business casual is a great place to start! As for footwear, the ceremony and reception will both be outdoors.
