Our life together began in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains in the beautiful town of Boulder, CO. Our first date at the Mountain Sun on Pearl Street was all about bluegrass music, southern roots and tasty beer...there were sparks from the start. We worked blocks away from each other and lived 2 miles apart so we were quickly having dinner every night together. If you have been to Boulder, you can understand how it's a magical and beautiful town that will always hold a place in our hearts as an inspiration for love.

House Rental on Figure 8 Island

All wedding festivities will take place on beautiful Figure 8 Island. We hope that all of our guests will enjoy exploring the island, and we encourage everyone to consider renting a house for the weekend. We recommend contacting Figure 8 Island at <a href="http://www.figure8island.com">www.figure8island.com</a> or 800-279-6085 to inquire about rentals. Please mention that you are with the Robbins-Barratt wedding on April 2. If you are interested in sharing a home with other guests, the realtors at Figure 8 Island Realty can help you coordinate.

Hampton Inn and Suites Wrightsville

We have a block of rooms reserved at the Hampton Inn &amp; Suites Wrightsville. Please visit their website <a href="http://www.wrightsvillebeachsuites.hamptoninn.com" target="_blank">www.wrightsvillebeachsuites.hamptoninn.com</a> or call 910-256-9600 to reserve a room in the Robbins-Barratt block. The block rates are applicable until March 4.A shuttle will take guests from the hotel to Figure 8 Island for all wedding events. The island is about a 20-minute ride from the hotel.

Friday Bluegrass and BBQ

Welcome Dinner Party

Please join us for a Bluegrass &amp; BBQ party on Friday, April 1 to kick off the weekend! It will be held at Eagle Point Golf&nbsp;Club from 7-10pm. Transportation is available and all details are on the weekend schedule which will be in your welcome
 bag.

Ceremony

Wedding Ceremony

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held on Saturday, April 2 at 148 Beach Road South, Figure Eight Island. Please arrive by 5pm. Transportation will be provided on the island and from Hampton Inn&nbsp;to the ceremony site.

Wedding Reception

The reception will be held at the Figure Eight Island Yacht Club. Please join us for dinner and dancing from 7-11pm! Shuttle transportation will begin at 9pm.

Late Night Dance Party

Dance Party

Boogie down at the late night dance party in the yacht club from 10:30 - midnight. Transportation will be provided after the party.

Friday Lunch on Figure 8 Island

Beach Lunch Party

Come onto the island and join us for a casual lunch Friday, April 1st at 11:30am. Transportation will be available and all details can be found in your welcome package.

Golf at Eagle Point Golf Club

Tee off is at 1:30pm for those that signed up to play golf. Transportation will be provided from the beach lunch party so come ready to play.

Farewell Brunch

Last Party of Weekend

Grab a bite and say goodbye to the newlyweds before they head off to Savannah on their honeymoon. Brunch starts at 10am on&nbsp;Sunday, April 3rd at 9 Bayberry Place.

This is the closest and most convenient airport to Figure Eight Island. You can easily take a cab or Uber from the airport.

Wilmington International Airport

Raleigh-Durham Airport is an easy 2 hour drive on Interstate 40 to Figure Eight Island. There are more flights into Raleigh making it a good option if you're staying more that a couple days.
