When do I need to RSVP?
After formal invitations are sent out, please RSVP by July, 1st, 2025. You can RSVP directly on our website by going to the RSVP section.
Once the RSVP deadline has passed, and we have turned in final numbers for the venue and catering, we will be unable to accommodate any late RSVPs.
What time do I need to arrive for the wedding?
The ceremony will be taking place at 4:00PM. We ask that guests arrive at least 20 minutes early so there is enough time to get seated and so the ceremony may start on time.
Can I bring my children to the wedding?
While we love your little ones, this is an adults-only event (18+) and we hope you will be able to enjoy a relaxing kid-free evening with us. We look forward to celebrating with you!
Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
Guests will not be allowed to take photos or videos during the ceremony to allow everyone to be fully present in the moment. We have a wonderful photographer who will be capturing our ceremony and we will be happy to share our photos on social media after the event! Guests will have the opportunity to take photos and videos during the reception.
Can I bring a plus one?
We wish all of our friends and family could bring a plus one, but due to limited space at the reception venue, we are only able to accommodate those who are formally invited. Please reference your invitation or the online RSVP for all guests invited in your party.
What is the dress code?
We request that guests wear semi-formal attire for our wedding. We are planning for our ceremony to be held outside, so please dress for the weather (the average temperature for September is in the low 70s).
Please refrain from wearing traditional colors reserved for the bride including white, ivory, champagne, and light beige, including floral or patterned dresses that are mostly white or shades listed above.
What is the plan for inclement weather?
In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony will be moved inside the event tent space where the cocktail hour and reception will be held.
Is transportation provided to and from the wedding venue?
We strongly recommend booking a hotel room in our established block (please see the travel section of our website) in order to utilize the free shuttle service. Shuttles will be available for guests to take to the venue for the ceremony, and back to the hotel after the reception.
Is parking available at the venue?
Yes! If you are planning on driving yourself to the ceremony, there is a large lot in front of the event venue space. Please see the Venue section of our website for more information.
Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to the address listed on our registry or you can bring it to the reception. A wedding card box and table for gifts will be set up at our reception.
Will alcohol be served at the wedding?
Yes. We will have a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic options hosted. If you would like to order anything that is not on the hosted menu, the venue takes cash or cards.
