Imagine this: two college kids who have never met each other somehow fall in love and are getting married! More details below!!


It is Spring of 2018, Jordan and Mitchell are both students at Louisiana State University, a school with almost 40,000 people enrolled. Jordan is walking through the quad one day and notices a boy with a shaved head and a beard down his chest. She thinks, Hmm. He doesnt look like a typical college guy. From that moment on, he was known as Beard Guy in Jordans mind. Every once in a while she would see him passing by and think to herself, Oh, look! Theres Beard guy again. Soon Spring turned into Summer and she never thought she would see Beard Guy again. Little did she know, Beard Guy would pop back into her life just a few months later.


At the time, Mitchell and Jordan shared a mutual friend without either of their knowledge. During the summer of 2018, Jordan was scrolling through Instagram and saw that her friend had posted a group photo. She couldnt believe her eyes as she said to herself, Wait! Beard guy is in this picture? How can this be! Jordan immediately called her friend and explained the situation and she said, Wait, youre calling Mitch Beard Guy? They talked for hours, Jordan may have mentioned that she thought he was cute. One thing led to another and.....


The next day Jordan receives a phone call from a number she didnt have saved. It was, you guessed it, Mitchell Vidrine was on the line formally asking her on a date.


As the end of Summer 2018 approached Jordan and Mitchell eventually went on their first date. They spent their first date at the good ole Waffle House on College Drive. After their breakfast for dinner came to a close, Mitchell and Jordan left Waffle House and not even 10 minutes later, two of the four tires on his car popped and we were stranded on the side of the road by the Walmart. Thankfully, Mitchell did play it cool and had his close friend, Jeremiah, come pick them up.


Needless to say, the rest was history from there!
