Once upon a time, in the loveliest village on the plains, Josh and I met at the start of Junior year. That past summer, Josh had been a part of Camp War Eagle, the Auburn freshman orientation program, and became friends with my roommate Ann (shout out to our matchmaker!). Overtime we got to know each other more, and with a little encouragement from Ann who knew I was interested, Josh asked me out on our first date at Chewacla State Park. I had the pleasure of meeting his parents on our second date (no pressure) and he met mine as my escort (alternatively, my knight minus the shining armor) for the Phantom Host Krewe Ball.

We officially started dating on April 7, 2018 and had one more lovely year at Auburn together. Josh moved to Austin, TX for work after he graduated in 2019 and we were long distance for several years as I completed pharmacy school at Auburn. Lots of facetimes and flights later, I graduated on May 9, 2022 and Josh proposed on Samford Lawn with both of our families present. Josh had been able to transition to remote work and we both moved to Chattanooga, TN as I completed a one-year pharmacy residency. Wedding planning picked up speed after I completed my residency and we relocated once again to our current city of Bradenton, FL in July of 2023. So many of you are a part of our story to which we are so grateful and we are beyond excited to celebrate with everyone!
