This moment honestly could have come much sooner. So, I sincerely apologize for the time wasted, my love. Your overflowing love and endless affection just seemed too good to be true. The unhealed version of me saw everything I wanted and did my best to sabotage it.
So, I thank you for giving me grace and loving me unconditionally through it all . I pray that I can be everything you need me to be and that I give you the support you need to flourish into the great woman God created you to be. You saw the good in me even when I didn’t recognize it myself and you have been uplifting and motivating me since day 1.

Loving you has been the best thing I could ever choose to do! From the moment I laid eyes on you, I knew you were special. You swooped in like a knight in shining armor; saving me from any bad day, listening carefully to my heart, catering to my needs, and speaking so gently to my soul. Even after all of these years, I still get so anxious to see your face. You silence my mind from the noises of this world, and give me a safe space to just let down my guard.
