It all started on a blind date. Thanks to a few mutual friends, the rest is history!

Jason and Jordann’s versions of the story may differ a bit but as Jason would say, he had kind of lost hope after multiple first-date flops. Jordann had just come out of a “COVID breakup”. So you could say they were both not off to a great start. However, after a blind first date at Deano’s, setup by mutual friends Ben and Sarah Reiswig, the two hit it off! They did about a year off long distance while Jordann lived in Overland Park and Jason lived in Wichita. Then, the couple finally reached a mutual destination of Wichita. Where they were both born and raised. Even though they grew up on rival East and West sides of Wichita, they somehow made it work.

On February 11th, 2023, Jason made their commitment to each other a little stronger by asking Jordann to marry him. They were surrounded by their families and even their dog Dottie on this special day.

With less than a year to go, the couple is busy juggling life and wedding planning. They hope you can help celebrate their next season in life with them, as well as this beautiful sacrament of marriage. We hope you can join them on June 1st, 2024 to celebrate!
