How we met:

Well, It started with a swipe: literally. In November of 2017 Jordann and Darcy began talking on the well known app of tinder! Darcy made the first attempt of communication, asking to go for coffee but quickly changing it to brunch instead. Shortly after that they met at Cora’s on 127th, Darcy decided to continue the first date by suggesting archery which ultimately sealed the deal. Within the first year they moved in together, cats and all, as well as added their puppy Ayla to the zoo. The rest was history, the beginning of forever.

Jordann: I’ll be honest, when we started talking I was not in the market for a relationship and the second I saw Darcy when I walked in I knew I was in trouble. After only a week or so, I realized he was genuinely the sweetest, caring and most compassionate person I had ever met. I fell in love with him very quickly and knew I wanted him to remain in my life permanently. Fast forward almost 6 years and we have a beautiful life with our home and fur babies. It just took him a very long time to ask for that forever, and here we are.

Darcy: when jordann first walked in to Cora’s I remember thinking to myself this woman has her shit together.I was awestruck and I told myself not to say something stupid and ruin this. After breakfast I wasn’t done getting to know her so I scrambled to think of something else we could do without being generic with a movie or something. Much to my delight she said yes to going to archery. I must’ve had Cupid on my side that afternoon because even after that she agreed to see me again with the best part to come in 2024.
