Cole and I had been friends since we started going to youth group together in middle school. We stayed friends and hung out in the same group throughout high school. From youth group, to water parks, to driving him to church from football practice. Cole went off to college at around the same time I moved to Kentucky. I came home from Kentucky for about a month in the summer and my mom signed me up to help with VBS while Cole got signed up to volunteer with VBS as well. We started hanging out constantly, and then Cole asked me out on a date. We started dating not too long after, and then did long distance for a few months when I moved back to Kentucky. Fast forward about a year and a half, and Cole asked me to marry him, and that leads us to where we are now!
