Yes, guests are free to park in the hotel parking lot. Please take a look at the map in the travel section for directions. Non-hotel guests can leave their cars overnight if they choose an alternate ride home.

No, guests can reserve 1, 2, or 3 nights under the hotel block rate.

Time: 2:15 PM Location: It will be held outdoors (weather permitting) on the back lawn of Gideon Putnam.

Time: Immediately following the ceremony. Location. The Arches room of the Gideon Putnam. Weather permitting, there will be indoor and outdoor space.

Time: 4 PM - 8 PM Location: The reception will be held in the ballroom of the Gideon Putnam.

If you wish for the party to continue, the Gideon Putnam shuttle will bring guests to downtown Saratoga until 11 PM.

Don't worry - the whole place won't be gluten free / dairy free. We'll serve hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour, followed by a sit-down dinner with a choice of entrees. A selection of meat, fish, vegan dishes, and salads will be served.

Yes, cocktail hour and the reception will be an open bar.

We encourage our guests to wear formal attire. Suits and cocktail dresses are welcome as well as tuxes and gowns.

The bridesmaids will be wearing light blue and the groomsmen will be in black tuxes.
