Our "South Wedge" Wedding Our venue is just 500 feet from the houses where we met, first lived together, and got engaged! (See the "Our Story" tab for the tale) The South Wedge neighborhood holds a special place in our hearts for all the fond memories of our first few years dating. We cannot wait to return with all our loved ones to celebrate!

Our Wedding

How Love Began — 2020Jordyn and her roommates were hosting a Halloween party at their Gregory St. house in the South Wedge neighborhood of Rochester in 2020. Jordyn had lived in this house since January, but she had never met any of the guys who lived next door (despite their houses sharing a backyard and driveway). Unbeknownst to Jordyn, her roommate invited the neighbors to the Halloween party. At the stroke of midnight, the boys next door arrived! Specifically, a wizard walked into the kitchen. Jordyn, the mermaid, happened to be there and welcomed the wizard to her home. Evan and Jordyn hit it off immediately, spending the next couple hours talking. Evan was drawn to Jordyn’s bright aura. Jordyn liked Evan’s unassuming humor. He made her laugh all night. A few weeks before they met at the party, Jordyn had signed an apartment lease in Buffalo. Three weeks into dating, Jordyn cancelled her lease in Buffalo and re-signed her Gregory St. lease just so she could keep dating the boy next door.&nbsp; These Days — 2023 &amp; 2024Three years later, on August 13, 2023, Evan proposed in the backyard of their Gregory St. house. Six months later, in February 2024, Jordyn and Evan bought a house near the North Winton Village of Rochester. They love their new home and their new neighborhood, but they are thrilled to go down memory lane with a South Wedge wedding! Scroll for photos from the last 4 years together!
