You do not need to book this or do anything. We have already booked this service for guests to shuttle from the hotels to the ceremony, from the ceremony to the reception, and from the reception back to the hotel. We will have the bus depart promptly from the Hiawatha at 2:00 PM, The Best Western at 2:10 PM, and The Days Inn Hotel at 2:20 PM, so please be outside and waiting at your hotel 10-15 minutes prior to the departure time. The bus driver has instructions to leave on the dot so it's better to be early. There will be a "sign-in" sheet on the bus; please highlight your name when you get on the bus. The sign-in sheet is not for the bus driver to take attendance, it's just to help him figure out roughly how many people still need to board the bus or be dropped off later on. The bus is scheduled to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the wedding start time, so you will exit the bus and find your seats upon arrival. Please use the restroom and such before boarding as there are only two bathrooms to use when you arrive (we want to minimize that as much as we can so we can start on time!). If you choose to drive to the ceremony and reception (or you miss the bus) you can still take the bus back to the hotels later on in the night. You will be responsible for getting back to the town hall in the morning though, so plan accordingly.
The Best Western Derby Inn, in Eagle River, does not do wedding blocks, but this is still a hotel that you can stay at and the bus shuttle will go to! You need to call them because they have access to more availability than online does to make a reservation. Also, please make reservations for this hotel EARLY because it's labor day weekend and they will be busy. Reservations must be a two-night minimum as well. Also, they are not pet-friendly.
