Nick and I met January 2020 while out for my best friend’s birthday. We met unconventionally as I yelled down the street “HEY! Nice hoodie!” And little did I know that sentence would begin the rest of our lives together. We managed to get together a few weeks later and started to get to know each other and found out we have so much in common.

My friends ambushed us at a bar one night because “I was out with a boy they hadn’t met” and one by one they strolled in and interrogated him. Before the night was over I was being told “we’re keeping him!” I realized soon after that something was different about this relationship. It was easy, fun and exciting. We push each other out of our comfort zones and we are each other’s biggest supporters.

Throughout the last few years we have torn down and rebuilt our home, bought some toys to travel the roads on and have began planning what our future together! We have been on countless adventures from four wheeling to exploring the country while he was out on job sites and last minute vacations. The amount of laughter in our home can be contagious and we get to hangout with our dog Chevy and Guinea pigs.

Our families have been nothing short of amazing and supportive of the both of us and we are beyond excited for this next chapter.
