Our Wedding

It all started on a rainy spring day in May 2013 at a group workout session called the “6:30 Crew.” Despite the weather, we both reluctantly showed up, and fate stepped in. Neither of us had seen the other before, but that day, a fresh face caught our attention. The workout called for hitting the track, and I, ever the runner, was ready to tackle it head-on. He and his friend were a few steps behind, but he made it his mission to catch up to me. Just before I crossed the finish line, he caught up, flashed the brightest smile, and gave me the sweetest compliment on my running style. A few weeks later, he found me on Instagram (because, of course, social media!) and boldly asked for my number in the comments. Our first date took us to the Natural History Museum, where we bonded over our shared love of dinosaurs and our mutual obsession with Jurassic Park. The day wouldn’t have been complete without indulging in some Haagen-Dazs ice cream. The rest, as they say, is history.
