Please RSVP on the website by October 10, 2024. Please go to the RSVP tab and type your first and last name into the search bar. This should pull up the members of your party to RSVP individually.

We need our guests to park at the Rock Springs Park Football Field where a complimentary shuttle service will be able to transport our guests to and from our wedding venue, our back yard. The hours of the shuttle transportation range from 9:30 am to 7 pm. Please plan to start returning to your vehicles around 6 pm after the newlywed send off.

For Bridal Party and Groomsmen, please arrive at the Event Parking around 9:20 am for pick up. Other guests, please arrive as early as 9:45 am for the first pick-up. The shuttle will be running every 15 minutes to complete a full rotation. The last transport before the ceremony begins will be at 10: 45 am.

Yes, Yes, Yes! Bring your little ones. We will have playsets/baby swings and family-friendly games available. It will be a loud social event with an open bar so please plan accordingly and base it on your judgment. The guest bathroom will also be open as a baby changing station for those who need it. Please feel free to reach out if you have any other questions.

Both will be held outside. The reception will have a tent set up for shade and food.

We will provide a Cocktail Hour during the family photos time frame, and the Reception will shortly follow thereafter.

Yes, appetizers and beverages will be served in preparation for the Reception.

Yes, we will have lunch catered and more appetizers available throughout the evening. The cuisine chosen is Mediterranean, which is one of our favorites! We do not plan to serve dinner so please plan accordingly!

Yes, we will have beer, wine, and some signature cocktails available. If you want to BYOB, please let us know in advance that you plan on bringing something.
