To help us with our planning, please RSVP to the event as soon as possible. However, the deadline is May 12th, 2025. If we don't receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as "no". We need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner, and hope you understand.

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you've received a plus one, they'll specifically be addressed within your invitation. Otherwise, we ask that only the named people in the invitation are in attendance.

There is a very large parking lot connected to the venue and Churchill Downs. While parking at the venue is not limited by any means, there will be live horse racing on this date. Please be advised you may have to park further from the venue entrance than you'd like given these races. Rideshare Apps are strongly encouraged to-and-from the venue.

As much as we love your little ones, the wedding is exclusively for adults, with the exception of immediate family and those who have received that information on their invitation.

We ask that you kindly put your phone and cameras away during the ceremony as we want you all to be present with us in the moment. We have a professional photographer capturing the ceremony for us. Other than the ceremony, please feel free to take as many photos as you'd like WITHOUT flash being used.

Are you serious? This is Kentucky! Please enjoy an open bar with all the fixin's including: Bourbon, Gin, Vodka, Rum, Tequila, Beer and Wine! The drinks are on us but the hangover is on you!

The wedding is not outside, but you will have to walk from the parking or drop-off area to the venue. Once inside, you are free from the elements.
