Breighton and Joe met at Sharon Rae Dance Studio way back in 2001 and have been inseparable ever since.  As Joe’s longest standing friend, they’ve been through all of the cringey coming-of-age phases together, from guilty pleasures like Justin Bieber and Twilight to countless hours spent playing Xbox together.  They would go skating at the Springfield Roller Rink on Friday nights, ride to school together during their time at St. Anthony of Padua, and run the streets of Ellet together, all while blasting the latest Soulja Boy tracks ripped from Limewire, of course.  At one point, they were both actively trying to convince each other that they had separately been bitten by, and turned into, werewolves.  Hundreds upon hundreds of stories and memories surround these two, and Joe couldn’t have asked a better friend to be at the head of his wedding party.  We can’t wait to hear what he has to say in his speech!

Alexis came into Katlynn's life in the second grade when she moved to Springfield. All it took was Katlynn sitting down next to Lexi and announcing that they would now be best friends, and the rest is history. Alexis has been one of Katlynn's friends for over a decade now and have seen the best and worst of each other. From spending weekends together, then spending summers together, and even going on family vacations and finally moving in with each other, these two have been through a ton together. Watching each other through the cringe stages of life, getting through high school and the pandemic together, and helping Katlynn through one of the hardest stages of her life. Lexi has seen it all. If it wasn't for Lexi, Katlynn and Joe may not have gotten together. We are so excited to have her here and honored to have her as the maid of honor.

One of Joe and Katlynn’s closest friends, Triston can always make you laugh.  His sense of humor makes him such a personable guy that you’ll feel like you’ve known him for years.  Triston has always been an extremely kind and generous person, and he and Alexis frequently host our Dungeons and Dragons sessions at their house.  He also hosts our Minecraft realm and has built some of the most incredible structures completely on survival mode.

Drew and Katlynn's friendship has a bit of a funny beginning. Meeting on the bus way back in elementary school, they started talking and playing because they both had bakugan and began playing together on the bus. As time went on, they grew closer and closer until they were practically inseparable. From watching each other grow up and finding themselves, to now being actual grown adults. These two have been through just about everything together. If it wasn't for Drew, Katlynn would not be where she is today.

Holden is an absolute workhorse.  No matter the time of day or whatever else he may have going on, if you need him for something, he’s there.  Holden’s become one of Joe’s best friends over the past couple of years and we’re absolutely honored to have him as part of our wedding party.

Annabelle is Lexi's younger sister that Katlynn met when going over to Lexi's house the first time. When first meeting, Katlynn looked at Anna as another annoying younger sister. But as time went on and Katlynn spent more time over at their house and they both got older, Katlynn and Anna ended up getting closer and closer to the point where they seen each other as friends and also another sister. One of Katlynn's favorite memories with Anna would be sitting in Lexi's bed while she was at work and finding different shows to watch together.

Jordan Jones, better known by his old gamertag “BicyclicStone,” is one of Joe’s oldest and greatest Xbox Live friends.  Jordan hails from the Minneapolis area of Minnesota, but through the power of the Internet he and Joe have been able to play games together as if they had always been sitting right next to each other.  Joe has been up to Minnesota to visit Jordan several times, and Jordan is always more than happy to spend some “irl” time with SixteenthJoemac.

Katlynn and Hailey first met through Hailey's boyfriend Payton and Triston. They first met at a small get together at Triston's parent's and instantly clicked. Hailey and Katlynn shared similar interests, and when Hailey's boyfriend moved in with Triston, Lexi, and Katlynn they got closer and spent more and more time together. When you get these two in a room together, the yapping never stops.

Damon and Joe hated each other when they first met.  Somehow, between freshman and sophomore years of high school, the two ended up realizing that they were both actually pretty cool dudes!  Damon enjoys listening to, collecting and making music, much like Joe.  They used to walk to the old record store on Canton Road to see what all they could find.  Damon ended up living with Joe for a while, and is now the proud father of Joe’s dog Mork, pictured above.

Another one of Katlynn's longtime friends, Brooke got to witness all of the cringe and all of the growth. When in the sixth grade, Katlynn started to go to the skating rink on Friday nights and Brooke would be there every week with her just about. They never really skated though, just sat on the floor and talked about whatever their young teen minds had going on at the time. The older they got the closer they got. They have seen so many of each others big milestones and have grown so much together.

Adam, or AJ if you prefer, is one of Joe’s best friends.  A long-winded and convoluted story can explain how they met, but what’s in the past is better left alone.  Since their friendship began, AJ has always been hospitable and generous with Joe, and later with Katlynn as well.  AJ was actually with us on our first date!

Kenzie was one of Katlynn's first friends, meeting in preschool. At first, they could only see each other on the bus and at school, but after a few years, Kenzie's family moved right down the road from Katlynn's family and they spent a lot of time together. As kids, they would walk and ride bikes all over the neighborhood and sometimes stop to play at the waterworks. From silly little sleepovers as little girls, to celebrating big milestones together, and growing into the women they are today. Kenzie has been a huge part of Katlynn's life since the beginning.

Nate, AJ’s brother, has been a constant supporter of Joe and Katlynn’s relationship since the beginning.  Nate had seen how Joe’s past relationship endeavors ended up, and saw something beautiful taking form when Katlynn entered the picture.  He has always been the life of the party and has helped us out with whatever we may have needed at the time.

Layla is Katlynn's little sister and youngest sibling. Growing up with boys, Katlynn always wanted a sister and finally her wish came true when she was seven. From being there when Layla was born, to watching her take her first steps, fighting as we got older because Layla was always in Katlynn's stuff to now watching each other grow up and pretty much being each others built in best friends. Growing up together there was never a dull moment together.

The best brother-in-law Joe could have ever hoped for, Ben is a loving husband, cat dad, avid golfer, and so many more incredible things.  He has constantly been there for Joe’s family since he and Nicole first starting dating, and we wouldn’t trade him for the world.

Joe's little sister!  Joe and Nicole grew up with just enough of an age gap to constantly drive each other crazy, but with a little age they’ve become best friends.  Since Joe and Katlynn’s relationship began, Nicole and Katlynn both instantly clicked as well.  Nicole and Ben joined Joe and Katlynn on a road trip to St. Louis, Missouri back in 2023, and asked them to be a part of their wedding in 2024.
