As many of you might know, there isn't a whole lot to do here in McCook, NE. Here are a few things that you might enjoy!

You might enjoy one of the many parks here in McCook to let the kiddos or fur babies run off some energy. Here is a list of some of the better parks:

-Norris Park has a large playground.

-Barnett Park has a playground, soccer field, disc golf, ponds for fishing, lots of geese, and even a dog park.

-Kelly Park has a playground, sand volleyball court, disc golf course, and is right next to the pool (if open)

There are a couple nice golf courses in the area to enjoy!

-Heritage Hills Golf Course (McCook, NE)

-Cross Creek Golf Links (Cambridge, NE)

-Arrowhead Meadows Golf Course (Curtis, NE)

There are 3 lakes not too far from McCook. I know many of our family and friends enjoy fishing!

-Hugh Butler Lake is just north of McCook about 15 minutes.

-Harry Strunk Lake is about 35 minutes from McCook, north of Cambridge, NE.

-Swanson Lake is about 40 minutes west of McCook by Trenton, NE.

You may want to grab a coffee and snack at Joltin Jo's! It is an amazing coffee shop that always has fresh homemade baked goods, coffee, smoothies, and reviver energy drinks!

TJ's Family Fun Center has bowling for the kids while the adults can enjoy playing some pool while having a drink.

You can also grab a drink and play some pool at Old Sarges Bar to end the night!
