Joseph and I first met at Gulf High School back in 2017, his senior year and my sophomore. We met through mutual friends and somehow ended up at the same lunch table together. He looked like a teenage boy but so did I. He complimented my Twitch hoodie one day at lunch and I called dibs that day, telling all my friends at the table, "I will marry that boy one day". He graduated that year and despite my best efforts to stay connected through mutual friends our ties ended there, or so I thought.

Joseph and I reconnected in November of 2018 after talking on Twitter. We went on a couple of dates and on December 20th, my grandparent's wedding anniversary, he asked me to be his girlfriend. After that day we were inseparable.

In 2019, my beautiful sister, Lindsey, married my brother-in-law Joshua and we celebrated their love together.

We went on many road trips to NC, our favorite place to visit.

We got the amazing opportunity to travel to Joseph's hometown, Renovo Pennsylvania, to see his only 1st cousin graduate. The town was so small and the scenery was amazing!

We got to celebrate, our 4th anniversary in St. Augustine!

We finally got our own place in Downtown Tampa living in a 22-story hi-rise in Channelside!

In December 2023 we went on vacation for our 5th anniversary. While hiking on Lovers Leep Loop Trail, Hot Springs, North Carolina Joseph proposed. I said yes immediately and it started snowing. Neither of us had ever seen snowfall before that moment, it was perfect.
