One day in March of 2022, after getting back into the dating world, Joseph was swiping along on a dating app called Coffee Meets Bagel and he saw his future to be, Jamie. He swiped right away and messaged her right after they matched later that day. He then proceeded to wait 4 days without a response. After which, in an absolute act of desperation, he messaged her again with his phone number saying he would be interested in getting to know her. Finally after 2 more days of waiting, she responded! Jamie would tell you that before she matched with Joseph, she was done with dating apps and was going on a dating app hiatus. However, one of her coworkers persuaded her to try out an app called Coffee Meets Bagel, and her first thought was "not another app"! She reluctantly made an account after a few days of pondering. The first like that she got on the app was from none other than Joseph. After then being persuaded by her mom to match with Joseph she finally decided to swipe. After a week or two of talking and decided they wanted to go out on a date. Joseph ended up rescheduling their original date because he got sick, but eventually they were able to go out to dinner at Water Street Brewery in Oak Creek. The first date was amazing and they talked for over 3 hours all the way until the restaurant closed. They both knew this was something special and continued to talk and go on dates. Jamie got to meet Joseph's family for a Father's Day dinner at Texas Roadhouse, at which Joseph's Mom fainted during the meal and Jamie jumped in right away to help her out being the healthcare professional that she is. That night, Joseph asked Jamie to be his girlfriend. Joseph got to meet Jamie's family that same weekend at Father's Day brunch. On Jamie's family trip up north to Little Crawling Stone Lake, they said "I love you" to each other for the first time. After that, they spent a lot of time together at weddings, with friends and family, trips to Winnebago and Florida, playing volleyball, and a lot of time on the couch where Jamie introduced Joseph to Love Island UK. That brings us all the way to May of 2023, just a little over a year of them knowing each other. Joseph and Jamie had talked seriously about their lives together and what they were looking for in the future. After doing a little ring shopping in January, Jamie had given Joseph some ideas of what kinds of rings she would like. She had also been training him with Instagram posts of engagement rings. The day after ring shopping, Joseph not-so-nonchalantly asked Jamie if she wanted to go to Door County in May, under the guise of Joseph being done with his MBA and him wanting to go look at the Cherry Blossoms, they planned a trip for Door County. They drove around for a bit to some Cherry Orchards Joseph had looked up online and they finally parked on the side of the road and went for a walk in the Cherry Orchard, admiring the beautiful blossoms. Joseph, a quiet person in general, was even more quiet on this walk. Jamie also noticed that he was sweating profusely and had some bad pit stains going on. Joseph brought along his tripod to take some pictures, and after telling Jamie to go stand over in the middle of a row, got out the ring box, opened the box to make sure the ring was still in there, and then closed the box with a loud clack. He told Jamie to turn around and wait for him to act like they were walking down the row. He went up to her, held her hand and then got down on one knee. Thankfully she said "Yeah of course!" and the rest is history! We can't wait for the rest of our story to unfold, and can't wait for you all to celebrate Mr. and Mrs. Kunda!

After the Wedding Party gets dropped off at the venue we will have the party bus shuttling people from Staybridge Suites to Muskego Lakes. Starting at 10PM, the party bus will also shuttle people back to Staybridge Suites at the end of the night from the venue.
