We are asking all of our guests to wear “semi formal” attire. We want everybody to be comfortable and stunning! Please no jeans! P.S: The Wedding Party will be in Dusty Blue and Navy Blue so please stray away from those colors.

The ceremony will be in the same location as the reception and will be indoors.

Our Ceremony start time will be 4:30pm. Doors will open 30 minutes before the start-time. Please do not arrive any later than 4:15pm to allow time for parking. The reception will end at 11pm.

While we love that you want to bring extra people for our big day, due to our venue/catering guest limit. We kindly ask that only the people on the invitation are invited to our wedding. If you were not allotted a plus one, please respect our wishes of wanting to keep our big day small. Thank you for understanding!

While we love your children, due to limited space, we ask that no children attend our wedding with the exception of our flower girls and ring bearers as they are apart of our wedding party. Please think of this as a kid-free date night! We hope you understand!

There are limited parking spots in the lot that will be reserved for our elderly guests and members of the wedding party. There will be free street parking alongside the roads where vehicles can park. This is not a residential area, so there will be ample parking. Otherwise, please look into Uber/Lyft as we carefully selected a venue with close hotels (approx. 10-15 minutes away).

Please RSVP no later than January 30th, 2026. Anybody who has not RSVP'd by then will be taken off our guest list. Thank you for understanding.

Yes! With that being said, PLEASE plan accordingly to ensure you make it home safely. Please Uber/Lyft to and from the venue if you are willing. Anybody deciding to drive at the end of the night who should not be will be placed in an Uber/Lyft at the Guests' expense.

My Chef Catering will serve plated meals. If you have any dietary restrictions, please reach out to Cayla so that we can ensure that your dietary needs are met. -Parmesan Crusted Chicken with Tomato Provencal will be served to all guests with Grilled Broccolini and Mashed Red Potatoes with Pecorino Romano -For our vegetarians, we will have Butternut Squash Ravioli with Rubbed Sage Brown Butter

Yes! All information for this can be found on the Accommodations page of the website. Please contact Crowne Plaza and let them know that their is a Wedding Block under "Darrow/Milani Wedding". You may also call 800-972-2494 between 9am-8pm EST. The cutoff date for the discounted rate would be 02/05/2026. Please book your room as early as possible to ensure availability and to allow us to add more room blocks if needed.

We are a private couple and invited each of you with intention. We kindly ask that you respect that this is an "unplugged ceremony". We promise our photographer will do an excellent job. Let's all be present together.
