Elizabeth and Joe will be in Gulf Shores from Thursday, August 28, 2025 through Monday, September 1, 2025.

Our goal is to have a relaxing and easy wedding week surrounded by friends and family. We do not have things planned for every moment of our time there, so everyone will have ample time to explore and adventure at their own pace. However, we will have a rough itinerary of our plans coming soon.

Please note, when coming to The Veranda, parking is limited, so please plan ahead to uber or Lyft there. We have arrangements made for Saturday parking, but for the other days you will have to utilize ride share services.

Thursday, 8/28/25: We’re so excited to have you all here to kick off the weekend! We’ll be hosting dinner around 5:30pm, so feel free to swing by whenever you get in—we will be ordering pizzas for all, so grab a bite, say hi, and unwind after your travels. You can hang out with us at The Veranda or take some time to explore the area if you’d like. We’ll be around all night, excited to catch up and start the weekend fun!

Friday, 8/29/25: We will be hosting breakfast at The Veranda at 9am! We have no specific plans for the day—just relaxing, enjoying the beach, and spending time with everyone. Our rental has a private beach, so please join us there if you would like! Come back to The Veranda at 5:30pm for a Taco Bar dinner. Afterward, we will be heading to The Floribama for a fun night out! If you need childcare, please let me know. My mom and others will be staying at the rental and are eager to watch yours so you can enjoy a night out!

Saturday, 8/30/25: It's Wedding Day! To kick off the morning, we will be hosting the same breakfast spread at 9am. Elizabeth has requested a coffee run + a beach afternoon with the girls and Joe would like to play a quick 9 holes with the guys. Tee time and course are both TBD. Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5pm with a cocktail hour and reception to follow.

Sunday, 8/31/25: We are reserving our Sunday day for family! We’ll be hosting dinner at 5:30pm, and after that, we have no set plans. If you’re still in town and up for it, we’d love to explore Gulf Shores and make the most of our last evening!
