Dear reader, What you are about to read is the incredible love story of Joseph and Myane — a journey marked by unexpected twists, unforgettable moments, and a bond that has only grown stronger with time. It all began in 2014. Joseph, a third-year college student, and Myane, a bright-eyed freshman, crossed paths for the first time. Introduced by their sisters and a shared group of friends, their meeting was brief, just a passing hello. With different priorities and hobbies, neither of them thought much of it. Hence, the connection remained fleeting. But fate had other plans. Two years later, their paths crossed again, through their sisters once more. A casual conversation about their shared love for Game of Thrones sparked something neither of them expected. From there, they discovered they had different interests in life. Joseph, an introvert, preferred to stay in and play video games rather than go out, while Myane, outgoing as she is, loved to be active and social. It seemed impossible that love and affection could grow from two such different worlds. Yet, as cliché as it may sound, opposites really do attract. What mattered most, they realized, was that they shared the same values and moral compass — something truly important in life. What began as a simple chat quickly deepened into something neither could ignore. Before long, they found themselves talking every day, unable to go a single day without each other. Their connection grew stronger, evolving from casual conversations to something they couldn’t live without. Their first date was nothing short of romantic, but in the most unexpected way. It wasn’t at an expensive restaurant or a glamorous venue, but at a humble 7-Eleven, a place as simple and real as their growing love. The date was modest, but it was filled with laughter, genuine moments, and the comfort of simply being together. Perfect in its simplicity. On February 8, 2017, Myane said "Yes" to Joseph. It was the beginning of their official journey as a couple, and Joseph became the first boyfriend Myane had ever introduced to her parents. It was a significant moment that set the stage for all that followed. Fast forward eight years, and their love has only grown deeper. Together, they’ve faced life’s challenges and triumphs, growing and maturing side by side. What once began as a chance meeting has evolved into a partnership built on hard work, commitment, and unwavering dedication to one another. Through every obstacle, they’ve been each other’s constant support — they are each other's rock. And now, they are about to take the most beautiful step of all: marriage. With Jesus as the center of their love, Joseph and Myane are ready to embark on this new chapter, united not only in heart but in faith.
