We would LOVE to see our family and friends get dressed up on our big day! The dress code is cocktail/formal attire. This means no jeans, sneakers, or any casual wear.

Weddings are a very special day, and we have opted for both an intimate ceremony & reception. Only the names addressed on the invitation are formally invited to our celebration.

Although we love your children, we are only able to accommodate children in the immediate family, as specified in their invitations, at our ceremony and reception. Thank you for your understanding!

Transportation will be provided before and after the wedding. Before the ceremony, shuttles will transport guests from the hotel to the venue. After the reception, the shuttles will return to transport guests back to the hotel.

Yes! There is an ample amount of parking at Meredith Manor. Both the ceremony and reception will be held here.

Our ceremony will officially begin at 4:30 pm. If you are driving your own vehicle, we suggest arriving by 4:10 pm, so you can comfortably park, find your seat, and settle in before we say "I do!" We will be providing transportation to and from the hotel and Meredith Manor. Transportation schedule is to be provided as the wedding date approaches.

Fill up those seats! Everyone that has gathered for this special day are all considered family to us. Please sit wherever you feel most comfortable, as there will be no "choosing sides." We do ask that the first two rows be reserved for immediate family.

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This means that we are asking that all phones and devices are put away and on silent/turned off during the ceremony. We have hired a professional photographer and videographer to capture this special day and we would hate for their shots to have phones in them. After the ceremony is over, feel free to take as many photos as you like!

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outdoors at Meredith Manor. The reception will be hosted inside and will have a small outdoor courtyard area for guests to enjoy.

It's time to grab a drink on us! We'll provide a fully open bar with a selection of elite spirits, cocktails, beer, wine, and seltzers (as well as multiple non-alcoholic options).

If you need to request dietary accommodations, please let us know in your RSVP! We want to ensure that everyone gets a delicious meal at our reception.
