January 1st, 2017 began as every other new years day; trying to cure the hangover from the previous night with more alcohol and pushing off the weight loss resolution until tomorrow. Little did we know, the events of this day would alter our paths forever. Nicky, one of Joe's oldest friends and at the time roommate, invited Juliana and her girlfriend Noelle out to celebrate. This is where we met & for the next ten hours we drank, danced, & laughed until we realized we were inseparable. Ever since our first new years we have promised each other to live big, laugh big & even fight big, but most importantly love big ALWAYS.

We thought 2020 was going to be the best year yet; the year we got married, the year we bought a house, the year we truly started our life together... Instead, this past year, life as we knew it stopped. The decision to cancel the wedding was upsetting, it was an easy one. Juliana, working in the front lines as an ICU nurse experienced firsthand the detrimental effects Covid-19 can have on a person and a family. To us, there is nothing more important than our family & friends. So, we gladly postponed our wedding until September 4th of 2021.

BUT IT'S 2021 & it's time to party! We rocked the beginning of this year off with buying a beautiful home, getting vaccinated & jumping full swing into planning our wedding again. While this past year was full of many challenges, as a couple & individuals, we truly feel like we learned so much about life & what is truly important to us as we enter this next chapter.

Thank you, to our family & friends for being so understanding and flexible as we navigated this pandemic. We are SO excited to hug each and every one of you. We have waited a very long time for this day, LET'S PARTY ACCORDINLY!
