What is the dress code?
We kindly ask our guests to join us in celebrating in formal attire. For ladies, we suggest floor-length gowns or sophisticated cocktail dresses, and for gentlemen, a tuxedo or dark suit and tie.
Dress Code Guide
Casual: Comfortable and neat—sundresses, skirts, pants with a nice top; khakis or polos for men.
Dressy-Casual / Smart-Casual: Polished but relaxed—knee-length dresses, skirts, tailored pants; dress pants and button-down shirts for men.
Semi-Formal: Elegant and refined—cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits; suit and tie for men.
Cocktail: Stylish and festive—knee- to midi-length dresses, playful prints; dark suit for men, tie optional.
Formal: Sophisticated—long gowns or elegant dresses; dark suit and tie or tuxedo.
Are Kids Welcome?
We are delighted to include children in our celebration—little ones are welcome at both the ceremony and reception.
How accessible is the property for wheelchairs and walkers?
Our ceremony and reception venues are fully ADA compliant and accessible for guests using wheelchairs or walkers.
Can we check into our rooms early?
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM. While you’re welcome to request early check-in, we can’t guarantee rooms will be ready before then due to high demand in June. Rooms may not be available before the ceremony or cocktail hour (3:00 PM start).
Will transportation be provided?
We’ve arranged convenient transportation for our guests. A shuttle will be available from the airport to the hotel. Additionally, a private shuttle will provide rides to and from the ceremony and reception. For travel between the hotels, a hotel shuttle will also be available.
Is there a registry?
To view our wedding registry, please select “Registry” from the top menu. Thank you for celebrating with us!
Can I take photos during the ceremony?
We invite you to be fully present with us during our ceremony. Please silence your phones and refrain from taking photos or videos. Our professional photographer will capture every special moment to share with you later. Thank you for helping us create a meaningful, distraction-free celebration.
What if I have dietary restrictions?
We want all of our guests to enjoy their meals. If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, please let us know in advance so we can accommodate your needs. Thank you!
