Q + A

How do I RSVP?

To RSVP, click the RSVP tab and type the name(s) listed on your invitation.

What do I do if I can't make it?

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible by RSVPing "not attending" so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!

When should I RSVP by?

You can RSVP as soon as you'd like! Please RSVP "yes" or "no" by no later than August 1st, 2026. If you do not RSVP in time, we will assume you are not able to attend.

Are kids invited?

If your little ones are invited, they will be named on your RSVP and invitation. If they are not listed, we kindly ask that they stay home. We encourage you to use this evening as an excuse to dress up and have a date night!

Can I bring a date?

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitations. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for your understanding!

Where should I stay for the wedding weekend?

We thank you wholeheartedly for traveling to celebrate with us! Please visit our "Travel" tab to see hotels in the area.

What is the dress code?

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. Dress code is semi-formal attire. For women, think cocktail or maxi dresses, skirt and blouse, or pant suits. For men, think suits or dress shirts and nice pants.

What time should I arrive?

Because the ceremony begins promptly at 4pm, we recommend you aim to arrive at 3:30pm to ensure you are seated on time.

Where do I park?

Hope Glen Farm has a large parking lot to accommodate our guests. Overflow parking is available on the grass surrounding the main lot.

Is the venue indoor or outdoor?

The ceremony will be held outdoors. The cocktail hour and reception will both be indoors/outdoors.

What if the weather does not allow the ceremony to be held outdoors?

If the weather that afternoon is not ideal, the ceremony will be moved indoors into the main dining pavilion.

Can I take pictures?

We love that you want to capture our special day! We have hired an amazing photographer who will be there to capture all of the moments during the ceremony. We kindly ask that phones be put away on silent during the ceremony portion. We encourage you to take this time to be present and celebrate with us in the moment. Feel free to take as many photos/videos once the ceremony has ended.

Is there an open bar?

Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you, so get ready to celebrate! The bar begins serving after the ceremony.

What are my reception dinner options?

We will have chips and salsa available during social hour. For dinner, we will be serving BBQ chicken, caesar salad, mashed potatoes, macaroni and cheese, carrots, and buttered rolls buffet style. Dessert will be Nothing Bundt Cakes Bundtinis (Chocolate Chocolate Chip, Oreo, Confetti, and Carrot). Domino's will be delivering pizza as a late night snack.

I have a question about the wedding the week of the wedding/day of. Who do I contact?

Literally anyone other than the bride. Thanks!
