You will want to use the parking lot address: 7777 N Mechanicsburg Road, Middletown, IN 47356

Parking is available at the Conservation Club next to the venue. The venue will provide a shuttle (6-passenger golf carts) to take you to the ceremony site. The shuttle will NOT be available DURING the ceremony time, so please be parked by 3:50 PM to make it to the ceremony on time.

The shuttle will be available from the time you park until 3:50 PM. After 3:50 PM, guests will be asked to wait in the parking lot until the ceremony concludes to avoid disrupting the event. Once the ceremony ends (around 4:30 PM), the shuttle service will be available again throughout the evening to take guests to and from the parking lot as needed.

Casual wedding attire is preferred. Since it's an outdoor event, dress for the weather. We kindly ask for you to not wear jeans or cinnamon-colored attire, as we've chosen this color for the bridesmaids. We want everyone to look their best without matching too closely to the bridal party!

We will have a BBQ buffet available once the bride and groom arrive at the reception (around 5:45 PM). The buffet will include pulled pork, pulled chicken, garlic mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, and sauteed green beans!

The drinks are on us, but the hangover is on you! Beer and wine will be available at the reception– free of charge. Please note that NO HARD LIQUOR will be served at the event. If any liquor is brought onto the premises (parking lot included), the event center will charge a $1500 fee. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Cheers!
