Day of Wedding Friday 01Aug2025

10am-4pm Walker Art Museum 

Everyone gets free admission to the art museum. The exhibition is open from 10am to 5pm. The wedding reception will be held in a separate room at the Walker and you will not be allowed to walk around the art exhibition during that time.&nbsp;There will be a shuttle taking guests from the Walker to the Basilica at 3:00pm-4:00pm and back after the ceremony. 4pm-5pm Ceremony at Basilica of St.Mary  

Seating will begin at 3:30pm. Please Arrive before 4pm.Group photos will take place after the ceremony

5pm-12am Reception at Walker Art museum

The reception will consist of two rooms at the Walker: upstairs (Skyline Room) and downstairs (Cityview Room).&nbsp; 5pm-6pm Cocktail hour in downstairs room. 6pm-7pm dinner will be served family style in the upstairs room. After 7pm everyone needs to move to the downstairs room so staff can clean up and set up dance floor. 7pm-9pm mini golf will be available on the terrace.&nbsp; 8:00pm the upstairs room will reopen for the couples first dance.&nbsp; 12:00am Event Ends

Mother of the bride is hosting Dinner Party 

Saturday Evening the mother of the bride is hosting catering and games at the Tru by Hilton Minneapolis Mall of America Hotel.Due to space limitations the event will be held in two time bocks: 5pm-7pm and 7pm-9pm. If you would like to join, please RSVP and indicate which time you would like to attend.

Itinerary

If you would like to see the Walker Art museum  before the ceremony:

- The museum opens at 10am.- We suggest that you park in the Walker parking garage - for 8$.&nbsp;- Let the front desk know that you are with Bernier/Holm Wedding and they will let you into the museum free of charge.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;- When you are done, there will be a shuttle bus taking people to the Basilica from 3:00pm-4:00pm and bringing them back aster the ceremony. - Or if the weather permits it's an 8min (0.3mi) walk to and from the Walker and the Basilica.&nbsp;- See below for images of shuttle bus located and walking path.&nbsp;

Parking at the Basilica: 

- If you do not want to see the museum before the ceremony, you can park for free at the basilica for the duration of the ceremony.&nbsp;&nbsp;- This includes: Any space that is marked “Basilica Parking Only”&nbsp; Under the freeway parking lot&nbsp; Behind the church parking lot There is Handicap parking on N 17th Street and in the Cowley Center lot.&nbsp;-After the ceremony you must move your vehicle. You cannot leave your vehicle at the Basilica during the reception.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
