What is the attire?
Costal cocktail- Semi Formal. No denim, shorts, or shades of white.
Are kids allowed?
No, our wedding is an adult only event. Only exception is our flower girls and ring bearers. We kindly ask only adults 18+ attend.
Can I bring a plus one?
No, to keep our wedding intimate we can only accommodate the people included on your invitation.
What time should I arrive?
We ask that our guest arrive at 4pm. No later than 4:15pm. Our ceremony will start promptly at 4:30pm. If you wish to arrive any earlier feel free visit Bass Pro next door or the IFC bar!
Where should we stay?
We will be 40 minutes away from our venue in Marathon with our families. We suggest if you are just planning on attending the wedding in Islamorada for the weekend to check out Bay Side Villas or Kon Tiki Resort. However there are many hotels to choose from close by. If you would rather stay near bride and groom or plan on staying the entire week The Gluntz in Marathon is a great choice! Airbnb and Vrbo is another great option.
Where should we park?
The Islamorada Fish Company has parking. However, if it is it fill up, feel free to park at Bass Pro next door or the overflow lot across the street.
Is the venue indoor or outdoor?
Outdoor! The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be outdoor weather permitting. If weather does not permit we have a secondary location upstairs of Bass Pro.
Will there be an open bar?
Yes! Open bar from 5- 9pm.
When do I need to RSVP by?
We have very strict deadlines from our venue and need the exact head count by December 1st!
What if I don’t RSVP in time?
Due to deadlines from our vendors we ask you RSVP by December 1st. We will not be able to add you to our guest list if we haven’t received a yes.
How do I RSVP?
Just scan the RSVP QR code that came with your invitation!
What if I do not arrive on time?
If you do not arrive by 4:30pm we ask that you wait until 5(cocktail hour) so the ceremony is not interrupted.
To avoid this from happening you should plan to arrive by 4. Bass pro is next door and there is an outdoor tiki bar attached to IFC.
What if I can no longer attend?
If you already RSVP yes and can no longer attend, please let us know as soon as possible to adjust numbers for vendors.
Is there a way to watch the wedding if I am unable to attend?
Yes! We will be live streaming it for our family and friends who are unable to attend. Please let Caitlyn know so she can give you the info.
