The most important gift is having you share our day. But if you wish to contribute in some other way, we would love a few pennies to put in our pot, for our honeymoon trip after tying the knot.

Pencoed House is a cashless venue so request card payments only please.

There is parking available at the venue. Strictly no vehicles are allowed to be left on the Estate overnight, other than guests who are staying in our onsite accommodation.

The accommodation is available from 3pm with vacation strictly at 10am the following morning.

Last orders in the Woodland Bar is 11.45pm, with the Venue closing at 12pm midnight.

A full cooked farmhouse breakfast, continental, freshly squeezed orange juice with unlimited quantities is available included in the room tariff.

We request for our guests to leave all the photo taking to our professional photographers during the ceremony and just sit back and enjoy our special moment. After the ceremony we would love for you to capture loads of photos and videos to share with us via our displayed QR code (Please create a Gmail account to enable sharing if not send via whatsapp).

Of course, we welcome you to share our special day! However, we kindly request that guests do not post any photos of the Bride and Groom on social media until they have had the opportunity to do so first.

Our evening reception starts at 18:30pm with the first dance at 19:00pm.

The evening buffet will be served at 20:00pm.
