Well, it's an interesting one!

On June 26th, 2021 both Josh and Catherine went to their first, and last church summer camp, there they met and with one simple question, Josh fell in love.

That September they both joined a bible college, Houston Master's Commission, where they were not allowed to date for the entirety of their 1st year. Because of that and other personal reasons, they did not speak to each other for an entire year. It was not easy but you could say it made their relationship all the more with it.

A year later on September 9th, 2022, somehow Josh mustered up the courage to ask Catherine out to a football game, and well, the rest is history!

That year they spent their time getting to know each other and making many sweet and fun memories together.

April 16th, 2023, (it was about time) Josh officially asked Catherine to be his girlfriend. It was a very exciting day, they were finally able to hold hands in public, and be a couple!

Now about a year and almost a month later, on a supposed "trip to the river" the couple along with Josh's family were going to take a "family photoshoot", but turns out, Josh had different plans. On that special day of May 10th, 2024, he got down on one knee and asked the love of his life to marry him, with tears in her eyes and a little girl's dreams coming to life, Catherine said YES!

So what's next? September 20th the couple will get to say their vows to each other, with hopes that you will be there to celebrate with them.

Their dream is to serve and get to do ministry together with hopes of someday opening up their own youth camp and share the love of Jesus.
