Our amazing journey began in January 2020. I was going to brunch with my mom and friend Jasmine somewhere along the Sacramento River. As fate would have it Josh and his friend Justin were doing the same thing.

After an amazing brunch I left with my group to go wine tasting and extended the invitation to Josh and Justin. However, as many of you know, wine tasting is not one of Josh’s favorite pass times, so he politely declined. I let them know where we were going just in case they changed their minds.

After I left, Josh quickly decided that the short time spent together just wasn’t enough and crashed our wine tasting adventure.

Josh and I instantly clicked. Just one week later, we were on our first official date, which ended up lasting eight hours and had all our friends wondering where we’d disappeared to! We spent the entire evening at Top Golf, though we never actually played a single round. Instead, we sat at the bar, talking and laughing like we’d known each other for years.

When the world decided that everyone was going to be quarantined, we moved in together, and we’ve been inseparable ever since. Josh truly is my best friend, my partner, and the love of my life. We can’t wait to celebrate our love surrounded by the people who mean the most to us!
