A great thing about Nashville is you can get nearly everywhere in about 15-20 minutes. If you are interested in staying in town, we recommend searching for Airbnbs in the following neighborhoods:

12 South

This walkable neighborhood is bustling with boutiques, restaurants, sweet treats, and coffee shops.

Hillsboro Village

This neighborhood that borders Vanderbilt University, Belmont University, and Music Row is walkable and features boutiques, restaurants, and coffee shops.

East Nashville

This is where we live! This part of town is a little more hip and a little less touristy. We recommend staying close to the Five Points area, the heart of East Nashville, as it is walkable and home to many cool bars, restaurants, and shops. Other neighborhoods to consider are Lockeland Springs and Inglewood.

The Nations / Sylvan Park

This area is a little farther from the venue, but only about 10 minutes from downtown. The Nations and Sylvan Park neighborhoods feature restaurants, breweries, thrift stores, and more.
