We request just formal attire! We are wanting a bright wedding so wear any color you feel fits best. We just ask that they are long dresses and buttoned-up shirts! You can wear a suit but due to it being hot during the summer months we are allowing formal buttoned-up shirts either short-sleeve or long-sleeve for the male guests. Obviously no white!

The wedding starts at 4:30PM and ends at 12:30AM.

Check in time is at 3PM and check out is at 1PM.

If you plan to arrive after 10PM you must notify the hotel so they do not cancel your reservation.

Yes! You have time to cancel the reservation up to 4 days before you are set to arrive if you choose to cancel after that a penalty will incur.

You can pay by credit card at the time of the call to secure the room, but once you arrive at the hotel you will then be required to pay.

If a reservation is made through a different booking channel or their website the reservation will not include the special negotiated rate and benefits.

We have a registry where you can purchase gifts that will be sent directly to us, or if you would prefer you can send cash through our website. Unless indicated on your RSVP or discussed with us prior, we will not be allowing plus ones/extra guests.

Plans are being worked on for transportation to be provided for guests who stay at the hotel. All updates will be made here regarding that. Prepare to make travel arrangements in the case it does not work out.
