All of the day's festivities will take place at the beautiful all-inclusive Barn at Aspen Acres about ten minutes outside of Spearfish, South Dakota.

The ceremony will be outdoors in front of the Barn on the Barn at Aspen Acres property. Please wear comfortable footwear as the ceremony site is grass. The reception will be indoors, with the option to enjoy the evening on the covered patio around the bonfires or playing yard games. In the event of rain or severe weather, the day will take place fully indoors within the Barn property.

The ceremony will begin at 4pm MST. A brief receiving line will take place after the ceremony, followed by a cocktail hour. Dinner/drinks/dancing will begin at 6pm MST.

Children are welcome!! There will be a dance and - weather permitting- lawn games. Pets are not allowed on the property.

Please wear what you are comfortable in that will allow for an evening of fun and dancing!

We kindly ask that all guest RSVP prior to June 15, 2024. For those that are able to come, we are excited to celebrate with you!!

The Barn at Aspen Acres offers a fully stocked CASH beer, wine, and wine-based liquor bar. No outside alcoholic beverages are allowed on premises under any circumstances. We will have taxi service information located at the bar - taxis will service both Spearfish and Belle Fourche.

Soda, water, lemonade and coffee will be available throughout the day. Cocktail hour snacks, dessert and late night snacks will have stationed options at a grazing table. Dinner will be served buffet style.

The venue and restrooms are fully handicap-accessible.
