We are planning on reserving a block at the Hilton hotel in Battle Creek for out-of-town guests (about 20 minutes from the ceremony and reception). We will be reaching out to our family and friends from out of town to ask if they want to be part of the block reservation, or if they would rather make their own plans. The wedding will be outdoors under some trees, so dress for warm weather. Attire is semi-formal.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to be seated. There is a small walk to the ceremony location and the ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm
