Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm. We kindly ask you to arrive between 4:00-4:15pm to take your seat and mingle with the other guests before the “I Do’s”!

Odette’s offers free parking in a remote parking lot just a few miles down the road. There will be Mercedes Sprinter Vans running back and forth to transport our guests both two hours before and two hours after the festivities. If you choose to stay in our room block at the Homewood Suites (see “Travel” tab), we will have transportation available to get you to and from our venue safely. Buses will leave Homewood Suites in Newtown promptly at 3:25pm and bring you to Odette’s in plenty of time for our ceremony. After the reception, a bus will be leaving Odette’s at 10:25pm to take guests back to Homewood Suites. Please consider staying in our hotel block if you would like to drink alcohol at our reception. We want all of our guests to get to bed safe :)

We can’t wait to see our family and friends dressed up for our big day! Our dress code is cocktail attire. We recommend suit and tie & cocktail dresses or jumpsuits. We kindly ask that guests avoid common colors worn by the bride including white, ivory, cream, etc. Our ceremony will be outdoors, but it will fly by and the remainder of the evening will be indoors.

Yes! Both the outdoor ceremony site and the indoor reception space are accessible to wheelchairs.

RSVP instructions will come with our Formal Invitations, and it will be done online through the RSVP tab on our website (see above)! We can’t wait to see who will be sharing our big day with us!

All guests will be listed on the Save the Date and Formal Invitation. If your envelope is addressed to you and your date, they are welcome to come! Otherwise, we kindly ask that you attend unaccompanied due to limited space at our venue. We are only able to accommodate our closest family and friends. We thank you for understanding!
