Josh and Gracie met at Chick-fil-a Champaign. He was a back-of-house lead, and she was a front-of-house lead. After a long time flirting, he asked her to hang out with his group of friends from church. They totally hit it off! When she joined their March Madness Bracket, Josh made a bet with Gracie. The bet was whoever finished lower between the two of them would have to buy the other dinner. Of course, Gracie won the entire bracket, and Josh owed her a dinner date. Their first date was at Seven Saints in Champaign, where they laughed and talked for 4 hours. Josh even missed the first half of the March Madness Championship game!!! They started officially dating on April 11, 2022. Josh then proposed to Gracie on November 12, 2022, at the AMC in Champaign. The rest was history!!!
