Taylor is Cassidy’s older sister, but for anyone who's seen their relationship knows their bond is deeper than most. If you don’t know Taylor, she is one of the kindest and most selfless people you will ever meet in your lifetime. As a NICU nurse, Taylor’s professional life revolves around the care of newborn babies, so it’s no surprise to see what an amazing mother she is to her son, Jasper. Taylor is a true nurturer, from her professional life, to her home life, expanding out to her friends and family. She is someone who truly cares for those around her and will selflessly do anything to make their lives just a little easier. Taylor and Cassidy have been extremely close their entire lives, from impromptu musical performances on road trips, summers camping at Traverse City State Park, to the daily facetimes that occur to this day with no fail. There is no one more deserving of standing next to Cassidy on her wedding day. If you see the cutest toddler running around at the reception, you’ll surely see Taylor following close behind!

Grant and Josh have been best friends for over a decade now after first meeting Freshman year of college. Sharing a love for Cinema and Classic Rock, a friendship was not hard to cultivate. From spending of summer’s together in Northern Michigan to going to concerts at the Mesonic Temple in Detroit, G-baby (as we like to call him) is always the ringleader of a good time. He’s always there to lend an ear for his friends, good or bad, but just you know he’ll pin you down for down for a good ol heart to heart. He’s surely earned the prestigious title of Best Man, but to top it off Grant is essentially responsible for introducing Josh and Cassidy so don’t forget to thank him since he’s the reason we’ll all be together on 10/5! Get ready for a heartfelt, yet hilarious speech from the Best Man!

After Krystal and Cassidy met their first year of college, they instantly became best friends and have been truly attached at the hip ever since. Krystal’s endless witty one liners have brought nonstop laughter over the years, but she also has a big heart. Krystal is the best friend a girl could only dream of, she pours her heart, creativity, and charisma into all those in her life and has a unique way of making everyone around her feel truly special. Cassidy can remember countless times where Krystal went out of her way to help her with anything, like when she drove halfway across the state in the middle of the night to rescue Cassidy when her car broke down. They even beat the odds and stayed best friends after getting matching tattoos in college, and Krystal going as far as getting another for Cassidy just last year! They’ve shared endless nights of grabbing a few drinks at Shooters or sleepovers staying up late binging youtube (yes, Joshua gets booted to the couch everytime). It's easy to see how close these twin flames truly are to one another, especially when the stories start flowing!

Carson Schutter is Josh’s oldest friend by far. From experiencing every year of grade school together and rooming with one another all 4 years of college, defining this as a lifelong friendship is no understatement. The great thing about Carson is no matter how long it’s been since you’ve last seen or talked to him, he makes you feel as if you never skipped a beat. From sharing summer days exploring the Adams woods as children to countless hours of playing Super Smash Bros, time spent together was never scarce. Anyone who knows Carson would say he is a wealth of random knowledge, so if you’re ever looking to know something as specific as who the Russian czar (not Prime Minister, thank you Carson) was from 1879 to 1881, he’s your guy! Carson is a true brother for life.

Jenna and Cassidy started their lifelong friendship in preschool and have been partners in chaos ever since. If you’ve never met a couple of ten year olds who started a secret fight cub, well now you have! Cassidy can remember a thousand instances of Jenna’s outgoing personality and adventurous spirit leading them to some of the greatest experiences of their lives. Jenna and Cassidy have continued to push each other throughout their lives, and in some instances quite literally when pushing each other on the swing resulting in a nearly broken foot. From making Youtube videos in Jenna’s basement to sharing shots at each other’s favorite college bars, there's no ending in sight to these lifelong besties!

Ryan Heinz and Josh are not only best friends, but also coworkers. After meeting in college, it felt as if they’ve known one another for years. Ryan’s an easy going and loveable guy who’s always the life of the party, when he gets the AUX he’s particularly skilled at getting people moving with his music selections. Over the years they’ve shared many weekends skiing/snowboarding and camping trips, its never a dull moment with our true Northern Michigan mountain man. Although you won’t find him on social media, you’ll be sure to find him at your local brewery. We have no doubt Ryan will be the first one on the dance floor!

As cousins growing up together, Savannah and Cassidy were often referred to as long-lost sisters. Spending weeks at time together during their summers growing up, there was never a shortage of laughter, adventure, and just the right amount of mischief. The memories of their carefree summers walking to the local icecream shop and going to the carnival are as nostalgic as they come. Savannah is currently working towards her nursing degree at Michigan State University, continuing her life long passion of helping others. It's only fitting that she’ll be by Cassidy’s side as a bridesmaid on her big day. It wont take you long to see why she’s known as the life of the party!

Chad Teitsma is not only Josh’s soon to be brother-in-law, but also has become a great friend. From the moment Josh was introduced to his Cassidy’s family, Chad and him instantly hit it off. From staying up late watching movies (usually Star Wars), summer days on the lake, to smoking cigars at fish camp, spending time with Chad is never a chore. Chad’s most admirable quality is how great of a father he is to his son, any person could look to Chad as to what a father should be. Josh didn’t grow up with a brother, but he couldn’t ask for a better person to fill that role!

Kaitlin is not only Cassidy’s future sister-in-law, but also one of her dearest friends. She instantly welcomed Cassidy into the family with open arms from the moment they met. Anyone who knows Kaitlin would agree she's an ambitious, strong woman with a deep sense of adventure. From moving to a new state by herself to creating her own small business, her determination has always shined through. Kaitlin and Cassidy have shared endless summer days on the water, heart to hearts, and late night adventures in Nashville. May the bottomless mimosas never run dry!

Dan has been a great friend to Josh for about a decade now, first meeting in college. Dan is one of the most adventurous people Josh knows, and a true social enigma. Whenever you’re out with Dan he ends up running into a multiple people he knows, he is truly great at making everyone feel welcome and bringing new people together. Bonding over music and cinema, its no shock that a deep friendship formed as naturally as any. Dan is also a wonderful father to his son making him top priority in his life, it’s crazy to see how much of a carbon copy they are to one another. If you don’t know Danny now, I bet you will be the end of the evening!

Joshua and Cassidy have been blessed with the sweetest and silliest nephew in the world. With his energetic and precocious personality there is no better toddler for the job. Better bring your A-game to the dance floor because Jasper knows how to get down!

Geri is Joshua's Grandma, however, she quickly became a Grandma to Cassidy as well. To know Geri is to love her. On summer days you are sure to find Geri deep in the garden or making the worlds best margarita. Geri is an absolute light, we are so excited to have her as our official flower grandma!
